At least by your third trimester. I do book out 3+ months in advance and I only take so many newborn sessions a month, so the sooner the better. I will take on last minute bookings as well if time allows. I only require a small deposited to add your due date to my calendar and this will guarantee you a date when baby arrives.
I recommend that you are 28-34 weeks for best results. You want to be showing since your bump is the star of the session but you still want to be comfortable.
I recommend baby is 7-14 days for best results. We can push this out if needed. Newborns are very sleepy and they still curl really well in this time frame. Plus they grow quickly from 2 weeks to 1 month, they will have changed so much already. Time is a thief, especially with newborns.
The answer is no. My studio is stocked full of everything needed for baby. If there is something special or unique or any type of props you have and would like me to include, I do encourage you bring in those items so we can customize your session to you. These are your pictures and I want to give you something you will love.
My studio is in the downtown area of New Braunfels, Texas. It’s a really cute old home that has a lot of character and coziness to it. I can’t wait for you to see it!
